Her expertise extends to areas such as Diversity and Inclusion, employee engagement, and introducing initiatives to enhance company culture and employee experiences.
Kelly's global exposure has given her insights into different cultures worldwide and the flexibility to effectively collaborate with colleagues across the globe. In her current role, she partners with the business to create HR strategies aligned with business goals.
